Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN7P1, RPS29P32, and RNA5SP369. Each is linked with PNMA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA3 results are reported.
