Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNLIPRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,147 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNLIPRP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway, Protein localization to early endosome, and Eyelid development in camera-type eye. Each is linked with PNLIPRP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLIPRP2-to-partner and partner-to-PNLIPRP2 results are reported.
