Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNKP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNKP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK17, OR10W1, and C10orf53. Each is linked with PNKP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNKP-to-partner and partner-to-PNKP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK17 grouped by PNKP-low versus PNKP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNKP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNKP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
