PNISR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNISR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,539 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNISR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, GABPA, and PREP. Each is linked with PNISR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNISR-to-partner and partner-to-PNISR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNISR versus SCAF8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNISR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNISR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
