PMS2P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,059 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into peroxisome matrix, receptor recycling, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and Autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with PMS2P7 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P7-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein import into peroxisome matrix, receptor recycling grouped by PMS2P7-low versus PMS2P7-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
