Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PMS2P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PMS2P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher PMS2P7 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PMS2P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ESCA show a favorable association.

UCS, LUAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where PMS2P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
