Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PMS2P3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PMS2P3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher PMS2P3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PMS2P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC are the cancer types where PMS2P3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
