PMS2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, GTF2I, and PUS7. Each is linked with PMS2P3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P3-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMS2P3 versus MEPCE in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
