PMS2P3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 189 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AS3MT, SGTA, and BCAP31_S216. Each is linked with PMS2P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P3-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMS2P3 versus AS3MT in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
