Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDR42E1P4 and MIR4503. Each is linked with PMS2P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P3-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P3 results are reported.
