PMS2CL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2CL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2CL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK1, SPCS3, and FOXK1_S101. Each is linked with PMS2CL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2CL-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2CL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2CL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2CL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
