Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 334 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C14orf180, ACER1, and MIS12. Each is linked with PMS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C14orf180 grouped by PMS2-low versus PMS2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
