Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMP22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF5, HOXA5, and MRPS27. Each is linked with PMP22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP22-to-partner and partner-to-PMP22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMP22 versus NDUFAF5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
