Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PBP4, MIR378E, and FANCA. Each is linked with PMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5PBP4 grouped by PMP2-low versus PMP2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
