PMM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,852 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, METTL9, and NAMPT_S472. Each is linked with PMM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM2-to-partner and partner-to-PMM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMM2 versus DCTPP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
