Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,318 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF286B, UNK, and TTC7B. Each is linked with PMM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM2-to-partner and partner-to-PMM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMM2 versus ZNF286B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
