Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-22, RNU6-225P, and LINC01869. Each is linked with PMM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM2-to-partner and partner-to-PMM2 results are reported.
