Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1, AMPK_pT172, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with PMM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM2-to-partner and partner-to-PMM2 results are reported.
