Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,974 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Cytosol to Golgi apparatus transport, and SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition. Each is linked with PMM2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM2-to-partner and partner-to-PMM2 results are reported.
