PMM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMM2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRAP2, DDX11, and TFAP2A. Each is linked with PMM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM2-to-partner and partner-to-PMM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRAP2 grouped by PMM2-low versus PMM2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
