PMM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,725 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST13, EIF4ENIF1, and ARID3A. Each is linked with PMM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM1-to-partner and partner-to-PMM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMM1 versus ST13 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
