PMM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,086 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A4GALT, ARFGAP3, and ST13. Each is linked with PMM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM1-to-partner and partner-to-PMM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMM1 versus A4GALT in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
