PMM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-547P, RNA5SP413, and CNN2P2. Each is linked with PMM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM1-to-partner and partner-to-PMM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-547P grouped by PMM1-low versus PMM1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
