Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,642 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GDP-mannose biosynthetic process, Actin filament depolymerization, and Response to aldosterone. Each is linked with PMM1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM1-to-partner and partner-to-PMM1 results are reported.
