Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11. Each is linked with PMM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMM1-to-partner and partner-to-PMM1 results are reported.
