Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PML-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP1, UPF2, and LZIC. Each is linked with PML in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PML-to-partner and partner-to-PML results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP1 grouped by PML-low versus PML-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PML→partner) and Y-score (partner→PML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
