Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,488 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMEL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB2B, MVD, and USP30. Each is linked with PMEL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMEL-to-partner and partner-to-PMEL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
