The most reproducible PMEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, FoxM1, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with PMEL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMEL-to-partner and partner-to-PMEL results are reported.
