PMCHL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMCHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,546 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMCHL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP5PD, AFG3L2, and COX5A. Each is linked with PMCHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMCHL1-to-partner and partner-to-PMCHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMCHL1 versus ATP5PD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMCHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMCHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
