PM20D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PM20D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,524 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PM20D2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDN1, TPX2, and CDC40. Each is linked with PM20D2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PM20D2-to-partner and partner-to-PM20D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PM20D2 versus MDN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PM20D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PM20D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
