PLXND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,593 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAB1, TIMP2, and NNMT. Each is linked with PLXND1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXND1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXND1 versus STAB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
