PLXND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,085 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf54, IL6, and CD33. Each is linked with PLXND1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXND1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXND1 versus C1orf54 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
