The most reproducible PLXND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of neurogenesis, Positive regulation of axonogenesis, and Protein targeting to lysosome. Each is linked with PLXND1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXND1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXND1 results are reported.
