PLXNA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,426 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, SLIT3, and SPON1. Each is linked with PLXNA4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA4-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
