Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,892 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLXNA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FCER1G, RPL5, and SORBS2. Each is linked with PLXNA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA2-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXNA2 versus FCER1G in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
