Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,161 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLXNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FNDC3B, FKBP11, and PLLP. Each is linked with PLXNA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA2-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXNA2 versus FNDC3B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
