Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLXNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,479 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of gastrulation, Negative regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transporter activity, and Positive regulation of lamellipodium morphogenesis. Each is linked with PLXNA2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA2-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA2 results are reported.
