Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLXNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,906 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Schwann cell differentiation, Viral process, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with PLXNA1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA1 results are reported.
