Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLTP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,198 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLTP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1QC, F13A1, and MRC1. Each is linked with PLTP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLTP-to-partner and partner-to-PLTP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLTP versus C1QC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
