Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLTP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are COLEC12, C1R, and THBS2. Each is linked with PLTP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLTP-to-partner and partner-to-PLTP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLTP versus COLEC12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
