Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLTP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,953 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOE, GBGT1, and ARHGEF25. Each is linked with PLTP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLTP-to-partner and partner-to-PLTP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLTP versus APOE in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
