PLSCR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,004 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR10, RABEP1, and VIM_S144. Each is linked with PLSCR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR2-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLSCR2 versus ACTR10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
