Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLSCR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,175 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAL, UBE2L6, and PARP9. Each is linked with PLSCR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR1 results are reported.
