PLSCR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLSCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,983 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLSCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP9, DTX3L, and PARP14. Each is linked with PLSCR1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLSCR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLSCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLSCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLSCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
