PLS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF57, RNU6-1069P, and LINC02789. Each is linked with PLS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF57 grouped by PLS1-low versus PLS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
