Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,063 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen fibril organization, Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, and Extracellular matrix organization. Each is linked with PLS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Collagen fibril organization grouped by PLS1-low versus PLS1-high in CNS.
