PLS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAX2, GPR171, and CCL18. Each is linked with PLS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAX2 grouped by PLS1-low versus PLS1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
