Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 495 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOM1, SOS2, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with PLPPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPPR1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPPR1 results are reported.
