PLPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with PLPP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP7-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by PLPP7-low versus PLPP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
