Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLPP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,062 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Protein folding, and Regulation of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation. Each is linked with PLPP7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP7-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP7 results are reported.
